Earning Potential
As a Telephone Sales Representative, you can expect an exciting work environment that is unparalleled in the area and industry. We pay an hourly wage, yet it’s the commissions and bonuses that make a difference on your paycheck! The starting pay is $12 per hour. After 30 days, you will earn $9.65 per hour plus commissions and bonuses. Our current average hourly wage based on gross wages is over $16 per hour.
After training, TSR’s are supervised by Training and Management personnel that not only have previously successfully performed in the TSR position, they are also motivated to help you succeed and reach your own personal goals.

Our call center is located in the heart of East Lansing, adjacent to Michigan State University. Our Telephone Sales Representatives operate in a state-of-the-art building within walking distance of campus.
Flexible Hours
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. This allows for some flexible schedules. We do look for people that have the capability of working both Saturday and Sunday, yet with three shifts per day, we have the flexibility to arrange the needed hours. Typical full-time schedules are as follows: 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, and 12am-8am.

The products we sell change over time. For the most part, we sell high end health and fitness products, supplements and ingestibles, beauty products, and household goods. We do not sell “yell-and-sell”, gimmicky items. Please stop by to see some of our quality products.
If you have previous sales experience, that’s terrific! But we are happy to train the right individuals. The right individual for our team is comfortable on the computer, is driven to succeed, and excited to learn.
