Evolve’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system has been a great addition to our service offerings. It can be seamlessly implemented as a “virtual agent” to handle overflow on high volume campaigns or it can be used as a stand alone for hard offer and test campaigns.
Whether you choose to begin your IVR campaign as a stand alone, or in conjunction with a live agent campaign, you receive all of the standard campaign management resources. Scripting, call flow, data capture—the setup process is nearly identical to any other live agent program.
And, unlike many IVR providers, we have highly skilled live sales agents trained on your program to assist callers should they wish to opt out. Any information they’ve already entered while in IVR is transferred to our sales representative’s screen—making the transfer smooth and creating a high level of customer satisfaction.
